We always welcome new clients —
Whether you’re new to the area, have newly adopted pets, new kittens/puppies; or even searching for a new veterinary family: Dr. Gerber and his staff welcome you! Stop by, give us a call, or ask a friend. We look forward to making your next veterinary experience an amazing one!
Why Choose Us?
You and your pet are important to us! As your small-town clinic, we’re here to help you keep your pet healthy while providing for your pet’s basic medical and surgical needs. We strive to work in partnership with you to guarantee a mutual understanding and compassion for your pet’s unique situation. We don’t view our clients and their pets as merely another appointment walking in the door, but rather we view them as part of our practice family.
Your First Visit:
We understand that you may not have access to all of your pet’s records. Basic knowledge of any past issues or major procedures is fine. Anything you can provide to give us a picture of your animal’s history will enable our staff to serve you better. Contact us to schedule your pet’s first appointment. To save some time, fill out the new patient form at your convenience and bring it with you to your first appointment. To help with your first appointment, bring along the following items if available:
- vaccination records
- any available medical history: x-rays, ultrasounds, past surgeries/treatments
- paperwork from a breeder or adoption agency/humane society
- a stool sample
- new patient form (printed)
Appointments:
At this time we are unable to schedule appointments online. Please call us at 330-684-2426 during our regular business hours and we will be happy to arrange an appointment that works with your schedule.
If you have an emergency during off-business hours, call us for a recorded message with emergency instructions.
Payment:
Payment for all services is expected at the time of patient discharge. We accept cash as well as most major credit cards. (Questions about pet insurance? Give us a call)
